By downloading, accessing, or using ScrollGuard Focus, you agree to these Terms of Use.
ScrollGuard Focus provides tools designed to help users understand screen-time habits, set limits, improve focus, and receive automated coaching suggestions.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
ScrollGuard Focus may provide both free features and optional paid ScrollGuard Pro features. Features, limits, and availability may change as the service develops.
ScrollGuard Pro subscriptions are purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play. Available billing periods may include weekly, monthly, and yearly subscriptions.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple App Store or Google Play account before the renewal date. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and renewal processing are handled by the store through which you purchased the subscription.
The AI Coach provides automated suggestions for informational and motivational purposes. AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be treated as professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
You agree not to misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, abuse automated services, or use ScrollGuard Focus for unlawful purposes.
We work to keep ScrollGuard Focus available and reliable, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may occasionally be modified, suspended, or unavailable due to maintenance, platform restrictions, technical issues, or other circumstances.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScrollGuard Focus is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for losses resulting from reliance on usage estimates, automated suggestions, service interruptions, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
These Terms may be updated as ScrollGuard Focus changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
